TERMS OF SERVICE

General

  • I reserve the right to decline a request for any reason.

  • Please include reference images for commission requests.

  • Clients will receive work-in-progress images of their request during the sketch stage and the coloring stage.

  • During the sketching stage, clients may request major and/or minor edits with no extra fees.

  • During the coloring stage, clients may request minor changes with no extra fees. However, major changes will incur additional costs.

  • The final commissioned piece/s shall be delivered digitally. (There will be no physical product)

Payments

  • Payments shall be made through PayPal only.

  • Payment plan: 50% upfront, the remaining amount shall be paid before I send the finished piece.

  • Refunds will only be allowed if I have not yet started working on a commission or in circumstances where I am unable to finish the request.
